Privacy and Security of Credit Card Information

We are very concerned about protecting the privacy and security of our customers.  We do not share any customer information for any reason.  Credit card purchases made through the our website are processed by state-of-the-art technology to maintain information privacy and security.  We do not recommend that credit card information be sent by e-mail because it is not regarded as a safe or secure way to submit this important information.  Vaquero Enterprises will not be responsible for any loss of credit card information sent by e-mail.
 

On-line shopping cart

The fastest and easiest way to order is through our on-line shopping cart.  Payment will be processed, and order notification e-mails will automatically be sent to us.
 

Fax your order to us

To order by Fax, print the Order Form, fill out the “Ship to” information, indicate the items being ordered (quantity, price and shipping totals, etc.), and credit card information, then Fax the completed Order Form to us at the Fax telephone number indicated below.  Please be sure to write clearly and legibly.  Orders will not be shipped unless we are able to clearly read all necessary information on the Order Form.

Mail your order and payment to us

To order by mail, print the Order Form, fill out the “Ship to” information, indicate the items being ordered (quantity, price and shipping totals, etc.), then mail the Order Form to us with your payment (either check or credit card information) to the address indicated below.  Please be sure to write clearly and legibly.  Orders will not be shipped unless we are able to clearly read all necessary information on the Order Form.

Call us with your order and credit card information

Your order can be placed by calling us at the telephone number indicated below and verbally providing your order and credit card payment information to a “real person”.  However, be aware that we are frequently away from the telephone and you may receive our voice mail system instead of a “real person”.

The local sales tax rate in affect at the time of sale will be added to purchases shipped to locations within California.
 

Shipping Charges

Orders are usually shipped within two days after receipt of the order and payment.  Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart based on the item purchased (weight), destination, and shipping method selected.  Other special delivery methods may be available, if requested.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns.  However, we replace defective products purchased from us, which very rarely happens.
